Something About Company

Global Health Corps (GHC) is a leadership development organization building the movement for health equity. Founded in 2009, we competitively recruit talented young professionals ages 21-30 for yearlong fellowship roles within public health organizations like Clinton Health Access Initiative, Partners in Health, and Ministries of Health. We’re seeking 20+ talented young Malawians, Rwandans, Ugandans, and Zambians – citizens of our four placement countries – as well as 20+ Americans, who will be placed together in cross-national co-fellow pairs. More here on the work of our 1000+ community members and the GHC support they receive.

We believe that investing in leadership will bring real and sustainable progress in the advancement of health equity. Amplifying the power within ourselves—and the people we work with around the world—to achieve our mission requires that we hold ourselves accountable to a set of core values:

  • Shared integrity: We cultivate and nurture trust in ourselves and each other.
  • Inclusive collaboration: We embrace the power of our differences.
  • Sustainable resilience: We are intentional with our time and energy.
  • Continuous learning: We seek and foster experiences that allow us to grow.
