Our project management systems have demonstrated their effectiveness in the world’s largest development projects, so we can manage complex risks and mobilize a wide range of resources quickly, reliably, and cost-effectively. Working closely together, the Europe and DAI Global Health teams operate in tandem with our Brussels office, integrating a broad range of development and post-overseas development assistance transition consulting expertise.
