I am a result oriented recent college graduate(3.23 GPA. Bsc Health Information Management from Botho University. Currently working as a monitoring and evaluation officer in Mabutsane DHMT. I have acquired more skills such as data collection and analysis and wellness programs.As a monitoring and evaluation my roles are but not limited to ensure that the right data is captured at the right time, generates reports using the DHIS2 system. I also do data verification and data analysis which will be used to measure the performance of the programmes and for the decision making process. In both my academic and professional life, I have been consistently praised as quality oriented by my professors and peers.
