My name is Jenna Wozniak, MS and I am currently the Director of the Cardiovascular & Diabetes Coalition of Indiana (CADI). My educational background is in Global Health and I have experience working in rural communities of Northern Uganda. I am interested in the cross-section of global and public health through the sharing and adoption of best practices to support community level change. Moving forward, I am seeking an opportunity to innovate and implement best practices to create a bridge for a local to global model.
Hello,
I am an infectious disease physician in my second year of fellowship. I have a passion for global health, having worked in Honduras, El Salvador, India and Botswana, at different points in my training. I am interested in studying population interactions at the intersection of public health, infectious disease, and climate change. How does climate change drive changes in human and animal behavior? How, in turn, do these changes alter the spread of infectious diseases and lead to new zoonotic spillover?
