I have over 10 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing and Customer Services in Malawi and the United Kingdom; currently working for Borneo Coach as a Business Development Officer previously with Kentam Products Limited, a leading Malawian pharmaceutical company Kentam Products Limited as a Business Development Analyst in charge of a wholesale depot, retail and managed a team of 4 sales men nationwide leading them on daily operations.
I conduct research and data analysis to distill relevant lessons upon implementing marketing, business development & sales strategies to build strong brand awareness and create traffic hence increasing sales; maintaining B2B relationships, assessing and anticipating existing client needs whilst taking a proactive approach to ensuring those needs are met. I operate on a data-driven process - by looking at historical purchase trends to keep up with business reports in the country and predict not only when a customer will need the product or service.
As a Project Coordinator for Gidani International Company (National Lottery) I was part of a team that established a network of more than 1,500 key lottery accounts ranging from retails, mobile-service providers and other business oriented environments; this particular experience is crucial for Global Health to explore it’s business objectives as I am able to identify potential streams and locations upon which the organization can capitalize to expand its base.
