Hi! I am a scientist by training, I worked in the field of aquatic ecotoxicology and bacteriology as well as running metabolism studies and so I have training as a radiation protection supervisor and experience handling ionising radiation.  Furthermore, I worked in outbreak response during the Ebola crisis and spent over 15 months working in Sierra Leone in laboratories, responsible for Ebola diagnostics, laboratory function and training of staff.  After this, I spent a year teaching English in Spain before returning to university to study global health at Maastricht. Now, I am looking for opportunities in the field of health.  I am interested in the environmental determinants of health, the impacts of climate change and the creation of intelligent cities, which are ecologically viable, and designed for people to live in.
