I am a social and behavior change researcher, educator, and trainer with more than 10 years of experience in primarily low resource settings. My research and expertise includes cultural influences on health behaviors and beliefs, gender and health, behavior change interventions, public perceptions of health and health care, and doctor-patient trust. I collaborate with the World Health Organization, government organizations, and institutions of higher education in Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, South Africa, India, UAE, and the U.S. My work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and technical reports.
