The School is seeking to appoint 2 Scholarships Administrators to work within the Scholarships team in the Registry. This is a busy and varied role, which requires strong organisational, IT and communication skills. The successful candidate will be numerate and good at multi-tasking.

The post holder will report to the Scholarships Managers and will be responsible for administering scholarships to students, invoicing funders and reconciling accounts, liaising with sponsoring organisations and providing general administrative support to the wider Registry team. You should have experience of interpreting and implementing regulations, policies and procedures and Knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g. GDPA, Equality Act) along with strong attention to detail & accuracy skills and excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Experience of using a large student database and extracting data for reporting purposes is essential Further particulars are included in the job description.

The post is full-time, 35 hours 1 FTE and permanent.

The salary will be on the Professional Services salary scale, Grade 4 in the range of £31,111 – £37,298 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting). The post will be subject to the LSHTM terms and conditions of service.  Annual leave entitlement is 30 working days per year, pro rata for part time staff. In addition to this there are discretionary “Wellbeing Days”. Membership of the Pension Scheme is available. The post is based in London at LSHTM.
