Panagora Group, a small business specializing in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, global health, and international development, seeks an experienced Organizational Development and Learning Expert for an anticipated USAID/Honduras’ Monitoring & Evaluation Support for Collaborative Learning and Adapting (MESCLA 2.0) activity.
This is a long-term position based in Tegucigalpa, Honduras expected to start in late 2021.
Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitate change management to institutionalize CLA into the mission’s culture and operating procedures
Support USAID/Honduras to set up and/or strengthen learning and knowledge management integration into their project and activity management
Coordinate, plan, and implement institutional learning activities relevant to the achievement of USAID/Honduras learning agenda and organizational development priorities, including conducting special studies, pause and reflection sessions, after-action reviews, briefings, communities of practice, learning events, and/or seminars
Track best practices in organizational development and learning and incorporate new or improved learning tools and approaches into the overall Mission’s CLA strategy

Lead the development of learning and organizational development training materials, including guidelines and PowerPoint slides
Implement strategies for effective sharing of knowledge and best practices across USAID technical offices and implementing partners
Recruit and supervise collaboration, learning and adaptation (CLA) and organizational development consultants as needed
Facilitate learning and organizational development trainings, workshops and meetings for USAID, implementing partners and stakeholders
Promote efficient communications by documenting and disseminating learning and knowledge management.
Conduct periodic assessments/monitoring to identify learning and organizational development priorities and to assess adaptations from learning outputs
Advanced degree in organizational development, Industrial and organizational psychology, sociology, anthropology, economics, international development, social science, or a related field.
Minimum seven (7) years of experience in change management and organizational capacity building.
Demonstrated experience in implementing and/or facilitating use of innovative approaches for learning and state-of-the-art in the design, methodologies and tools for disseminating and utilizing results of monitoring, research and evaluation for adaptive management.
Technical experience in one or more of the following areas highly preferred: education, natural resource management, urban development, economic growth, and democracy and governance
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills in English.
Excellent demonstrated ability to effectively interact with local professionals, international donors, host country government counterparts, and other implementing partners.
Previous CLA experience, including a working knowledge of USAID/Honduras’ learning agenda preferred.
Deep knowledge of USAID program cycle, policies, regulations and compliance.
Must be able to legally work in Honduras.
