Salary: £34,854 to £40,011 per annum, pro rata.

This is an exciting time to join LSHTM and the Health and Wellbeing Officer is a new role which has been created. The successful postholder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate existing programmes and create new initiatives with the aim of improving Health and Wellbeing of staff at LSHTM. The postholder will work collaboratively with the Senior Counsellor and Wellbeing Manager who is responsible for student Health and Wellbeing. They will be responsible for managing projects and developing a Health and Wellbeing Strategy. A relevant qualification at further or higher education level or equivalent professional experience is essential.
The post is part time (0.5 FTE) and permanent. The salary will be on the Professional Services salary scale Grade 5 in the range £34,854 to £40,011 pro rata per annum (inclusive of London Weighting). The post will be subject to the LSHTM terms and conditions of service. Annual leave entitlement is 30 working days per year, pro rata for part time staff. In addition to this there are discretionary ‘Director’s Days’. Membership of the Pension Scheme is available. The post is based in London at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine.
