USAID’s Next Generation Global Health Supply Chain Suite of Programs (NextGen), as part of the Global Health Supply Chain (GHSC) program, ensures quality procurement and delivery of health commodities through robust global and local supply chains, while strengthening in-country supply chains. Within this global initiative, the Control Tower will operate a central information hub to support the operations and management oversight of NextGen, provide end-to-end visibility of commodities and supply plans, enable data-driven decision-making, and reinforce information-sharing and collaboration across multiple programs and initiatives including President’s Emergency Plans for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), President’s Malaria Initiative (PMI), Population and Reproductive Health, and Maternal and Child Health and Nutrition.
Panagora Group seeks a Data Analytics Director to be proposed as part of the anticipated Next Generation Global Health Supply Chain (NextGen) Control Tower award. The Data Analytics Director will support Control Tower analytics and data use activities setting strategy and vision for system adoption and data use and stakeholder engagement to analyze and use data for decision-making.
Support establishment of a strategic technology roadmap to prioritize the adoption of Control Tower’s platform for sustainable supply chain data analytics to improve visibility, monitor, and improve supply chain performance.
Partner with diverse stakeholders to understand analytics and data use requirements, including tools, frameworks, and dashboards to improve supply chain performance indicators.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure relevant data is captured and managed in Control Tower.
Provide technical assistance and mentoring to project staff and stakeholders to meet standards and project requirements.
Promote data-learning and information-sharing across all teams and countries.

Master’s degree or higher in data science, computer science, information technology, statistics, information systems, or other relevant disciplines.
At least ten (10) years of experience in information management systems, advanced analytics, or a similar field.
Demonstrated experience with supply chain management.
Experience working with large-scale complex information systems for procurement and logistics, preferably in public health.
Strong understanding of best practices for utilizing analytics to improve supply chains (machine learning, simulation, predictive models)
Knowledge and expertise in multiple data platforms and advanced technology environments.
Familiarity with USAID and public health programming required.
English required; proficiency in one or more foreign languages preferred.
