DMI was set up to bring scientific rigour to mass media campaigning by modelling how to save the most lives, designing engaging campaigns and testing their impact.

We bring together epidemiologists, media professionals and behaviour change experts to improve health outcomes at scale. Whether we are writing a radio script or designing a behaviour change intervention, our combination of rigour and creativity keeps us innovating and optimising at every stage.

We partner with governments, broadcasters, highly effective NGOs, respected academics and award-winning African directors to maximise and accelerate the impact of our work. And none of our achievements would be possible without the generous support of our funders.
