MSc Student studying Global Health and Infectious disease whilst working full time within the Clinical Biochemistry department at Whiston Hospital; building upon the excellent foundation of skills and knowledge gained through studying a BSc (Hons) degree in Biology.
Extremely interested in the work of the WHO, the study of epidemiology, pharmaceutical research and new novel treatments for the elimination of disease; particularly neglected tropical diseases.
Ultimately, my goal is to work towards creating a better quality of life for the worldwide population through acting as a driving force for positive change and advancement within the scientific sector.
