Spiro is a US NGO that funds work on Tuberculosis prevention in Pakistan. We aim to be one of the most cost-effective health interventions in the world. Our goal is to save as many lives as possible and we are careful about using our resources as best as possible to do that. We have launched our TB Shield model of community based TB screening and prevention in Pakistan and are now in an exciting stage of scaling it up.
